What happens in the centre
Vacant mall units are an obligation, not an option.
As soon as a tenant moves out, centre management wants the unit covered — ideally without a single hour of exposed shopfront. An empty display window damages the mall's image, hurts footfall and weakens the negotiating position with the next tenant.
So far this runs through a chain of several hands: a wall builder for the structure, an ad agency for the artwork, a print shop for production, an installer for the mounting. Even when everyone does a good job, the coordination alone costs time — above all your working time. Measurement appointment, artwork approval, print slot, installation window, all by email and phone.
